If you are searching for the words personal trainer cost, chances are you want to work with a personal trainer, but financially it may be pushing the envelop for you.

My name is Mark Saunders and I am United States Air Force Veteran and a master personal trainer. I have been into health and fitness since I was fourteen years old, competed in drug free bodybuilding at the highest level and have over 31,920 hours of one on one personal training experience. So, you can say I know a thing or two about personal training.

In the picture is my older brother Paul on the left who took me to the gym when I was 14 years old. I may have never started this lifestyle if it were not for him.

You are very fortunate you have landed on this page because I can help you. You may have searched for personal trainer cost, but what do you really want?

Have you ever heard of the story about how anyone who has ever bought a drill, didn't actually want a drill, they wanted a hole. They bought the drill because it will help them get the hole. They did not specifically want the drill. They wanted a hole.

What do you want? Do you want a personal trainer or do you want a leaner body, to tone up, increase your endurance and feel healthier?* How about fitting into your clothes better so you can wear those nice clothes you can't fit into right now?*

With that in mind, what do you think is slowing down or stopping you from having the goals you want?

We live in a time when there is more information available on diet and exercise than ever before!*  So, couldn't you just Google what to do and do it?

Right now 7 out of 10 people are over weight. If it was just as easy as looking up the strategies of diet and exercise on the internet, the statistics would be reversed. Instead of 7 out of 10 people being over weight, 7 out of 10 people would be in the healthy weight range. This is not the case.

7 out of 10 People are Over Weight.
Why do you think that is?

In all my years of personal training, it is my belief is most people need coaching and accountability. You don't need someone baby sitting you three times a week in the gym, you need someone who can coach you and hold you accountable to your own self imposed standards. Someone you are checking in with on a weekly basis.

So if you are searching for a personal trainer and are concerned about personal trainer cost, my weekly phone coaching program is especially great for you and here is why.*

As an experienced personal trainer, I will help you get clear and focused on what you really want! Sometimes I have found some of my clients discover new goals because they haven't really thought it though like they do when we go over it one on one over the phone.

Then, I will help you uncover any hidden challenges or obstacles that may be slowing you down or standing in your way. As an experienced personal trainer, I may be able to see things that are slowing you down or stopping you from reaching your goals that you cannot see.

At this point, I will show you my simple coaching philosophy. I call it "The Five Elements of Physical Progress. They are Exercise, Nutrition, Recovery, Supplements and the Mind".

There are certain principles that abide within these elements and when followed leads to your physical progress. In other words, your goals. My goal as your coach is to uncover what you really want and do everything I can do to help you get reach those goals.

Each week we meet for what I call a "Plan, Do, Review" session. This is where we review your top victories and challenges over the past week and make a game plan for the up and coming week.

One reason I started this program because I noticed there are some people who wanted personal training, but could not afford (or did not want to spend) the the amount of money it took a month to train 3 times a week with with a personal trainer regularly.*

Here is a quote on price from a nationally recognized organization about personal trainer cost. "The National Strength and Conditioning Association conducted a recent survey of prices and found an average of $50 per hour with a range of $15 to $100 per hour. Prices do vary depending on region, according to Hagerman, and naturally, they will be higher in urban areas than in rural ones."*

Now imagine hiring a trainer 3-4 times a week (12-16 sessions a month) and you can see how the cost can add up. Some people can spend that kind of money on a regular basis but many people cannot. Weekly phone coaching is a fraction of what a personal trainer cost is and possibly bring even better results!

So, I know we don't know each other personally, but let's change that. Please fill out the form below and I will contact you to schedule your complimentary phone consultation! Let's get you moving seamlessly towards your goals immediately. Filling out this form below is your first step towards having the body the you want.* Please go ahead and fill the form out now and I will contact you as soon as possible.*
