Dave Kowsky has excelled in personal training and fitness for over 15 years.  He is an AFAA Certified Personal Trainer who specializes in athletic training for speed, strength and agility, weight management and reduction and core training.*

Dave is the sole proprietor of his own personal training business, DK Fitness, which provides private, one-on-one training and small group training for both expert and novice workout enthusiasts.  His goal is to optimize variety and routine by designing vigorous programs that maintain interest and challenge each client.*

Dave establishes comprehensive individualized exercise programs for his clients based on their health and fitness objectives.  His clientele includes individuals of all ages, from middle school students to senior citizens, who are looking to meet specific goals, especially strengthening and toning the total body.  His workout programs are comprised of innovative, safe exercises that facilitate client success in achieving realistic, attainable goals.*
