As a Tucson Personal Trainer, Tony has been an Air Force officer, and has served our country proudly in locations all over the globe. During his service overseas, Tony had the pleasure of coaching the first-ever Men's and Women's 10-person, Open-Ocean Kayaking teams in international competition for Kadena Air Base in Okinawa, Japan. Also a team member, Tony led both teams to gold, after taking them through an intense, 16-week conditioning program. Tony enjoys coaching with an interactive, "personal" style that puts him in the middle of the action, along with his teammates and his clients.*
